your statement about the number of accidents with people with blood alcohol lever between .05 and .08 % does not ge with transports Canada's numbers - I have done designated driving in the past and realize the great service this provides- but can you explain this difference? "According to Transport Canada, over 80% of alcohol-related fatal injury crashes involve a driver with a blood-alcohol content above .08. In comparison, only 5% of fatal injury crashes involve drivers between .05 and .08. In fact, the odds of a driver with a level of .015 and someone driving at .08 getting into a fatal crash are statistically the same. The odds of getting into a serious accident really don’t increase until a driver’s blood-alcohol level is at .12 — 50% above the legal limit."

Have used this service many times after having a few beers after hockey. Darrell is a great asset to your company. He drives my car while his grandma drives the "D.A.D.D." car behind us. He is always courteous, dependable, and reliable. If he is delayed with other clients, he always calls to let me know he is delayed but is on his way. Excellent service and much more convenient than taking a cab home, and then having to take another cab in the morning to get my car.

I have used many diferent services similar to this one and DADD is BY FAR the most dependable friendly (and PATIENT lol) of its kind out there. There are there when they say they will be, and you can always call ahead to book a more specific time and their rates are more than reasonable. Thank you DADD!!!!

I have been using this service since last spring I have to say that Tracy and her drivers always go out of there way to help us and exceed all our expectations. This is the best service out there by far, keep up the good work!

All I can say is WOW!! This company is the most dependable, reliable and economical service out there. Outstanding company, everytIme I have used DADD, the drivers have all been professional and courteous! No more taxi service for me, this is much cheaper and wayyyyy better. I highly recommend them over any other designated driver service out there. They also went our of their way to get another company to pick me up one night when they were too busy to get me in a timely manner. Keep up the awesome work, you are the best!

Good Comment Scott & Traci in reference to James comment. I have worked in the Autoplan Industry for years. In your industry the Valet Policy is the only insurance that you can by that covers your clients vehicle. It is a newer policy and some people in the insurance field aren't even aware of it. I started using you last Spring and looked into this before I started using you. Good for you guys doing things by the books, I have talked to someone at ICBC and if they were allowed to sponsor a company, it would be DADD. They actually said if I remember correctly from what he said was they referred your name through Operation Red Nose this year. They wouldn't do that if you guys weren't doing such a great job!

In reference to James post, the insurance policy we have is the only policy that ICBC accepts for this type of business. I don't know what policy the other DD service has, but it isn't accepted by ICBC. The information that you got from the other company is incorrect. Here is a quote from the policy itself.... ""service" means a service provided by the named insured requiring the customer's vehicle to be used or operated by the named insured and any employee of the named insured for the purpose of returning that vehicle to the customer's place of residence or to an alternative location requested by the customer when that customer's ability to operate the vehicle has been impaired by alcohol consumption or a medical procedure" it also says in regards to protection for the passengers.... Also our policy has $5,000,000.00 third party liability coverage incase of any injuries. We have never had any reason to use this policy, but it is there just in case I hope this clears up any concerns about our insurance coverage Thanks Scott and Traci Bonin

I have wirked in the pub industry for many years. I have used this type of service many times with many different companies. I only recommend this company to our patrons now. I am very impressed with what DADD has to offer, I truly see what Tracy's vision is with the company and she really stands for what she believes in. DADD is the best designated driving company out there by far and this company will go far, I guarantee it. Thanks tracy and staff for all of your help getting my drunk ass home safely time and time again.

I called for your service.First no answer. Tried again I GOT ANSWERED.I asked them about their insurance. With hesitation they told me they had valet insurance. WOW, they have valet insurance and they are taking my wife and I home no-way. It's only for valet drivers,not for me and my wife. I got off the phone and called ICBC they told me it's only for valets no one else. Needless to say, I went with some other company and they answered right away, very courteous and were there right on time. They showed me their proper insurance and we went with them. When there is lives at stake, you can't be too careful. We will stick with our new company, they were great. PS, ICBC TOLD ME there.s only one company with proper insurance. Sorry , I will go with a legite company no fly by nighters.

Wow a Driving Alternative service that actually answers the phone, polite and has a driver to me when she says she will. GO DADD!!!

This lovely lady came into the pub I work at, told me all about the service she offers at DADD, even explained that as a employee in the service industry I get a 15% discount which is awesome. She then talked to our patrons. I talked to some of them afterwards, they were impressed at how she was able to basically solicit her company in such a manner tgat she did not offend them they absolutely loved her, she is welcome here anytime. I didn't get her name, but I hope she reads this.
